This kit includes everything needed to make any one of the fresh or frozen fruit wine recipes on our blog. This includes acid blend, tannin, pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient, yeast energizer, campden tablets and wine yeast. For some of the recipes, you may also need sugar and additional fruit for your fermentation.
