This kit includes everything needed to make any one of the fruit wine and grape recipes on our blog. This includes one bladder of white grape concentrate, pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient, yeast energizer, campden tablets and wine yeast. For some of the recipes, you may also need sugar, acid blend, tannin and additional fruit for your fermentation.

The standard kit comes with Chardonnay concentrate, but any of the following are available on request:
