When making purchases from our On-line Store using your credit card, we recommend that you use a browser with secure transmission features such as Netscape Navigator version 3.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 or later. (Notice: A closed padlock appears at the bottom of the browser window to indicate a secure transaction.)
Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out. Unless requested to do otherwise, all orders destined to Canadian and International cities will be shipped via Canada Post; all orders destined to cities in the U.S.A. will also be shipped using Canada Post in conjunction with the United States Postal Service.
Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and the dimensions of the packages. Some items, because of their bulk, may have extra charges levied by the carrier.
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment. If any damages are noted at the time of delivery, the transportation company should be notified immediately. The contents must not be removed until a representative has been called and an inspection carried out. All claims for damages must be made directly to the transportation company.
Please be advised that we are unable to ship to the following countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, North Korea, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.
All orders placed with letsmakefoodandwine.com will be acknowledged by e-mail, phone or fax. Please ensure that you provide us with current and up-to-date contact information; most importantly is a telephone number where you can be reached during the course of a normal business day (Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).
Once credit card approval is received, your order will be processed within 48 hours. While uncommon, back orders do sometimes occur. Should this occur, you will be notified at the time of confirmation. Credit card charges will be adjusted accordingly.
A Return Authorization number is required from LetsMakeFoodandWine.com.
Items must be returned, on a PREPAID basis, to LetsMakeFoodandWine.com within 30 days of the date of purchase
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging
Credit Card Sales Reversals will be applied once items have been received and inspected by LetsMakeFoodandWine.com.
Wine concentrates, wine semi-concentrates, sterile juices, beer malts (dry and liquid) and dextrose are considered to be food items and are therefore not eligible under the return/refund policy.
By purchasing goods from LetsMakeFoodandWine.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the Province of Ontario, Canada.
All goods purchased from LetsMakeFoodandWine.com are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
Some of our items are breakable. Please keep in mind that all glass and other breakable items are shipped at the buyers own risk, and any issues with products damaged during shipping can be taken up with the Transportation Service Provider.
